CTC TRAVEL CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • As a CTC Travel Club member, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of CTC Travel Club. You also consent to receiving newsletters* from CTC Travel.
  • A CTC Travel Club member is defined as an individual who has completed the registration process at travelclub.ctc.com.sg and is eligible to accrue and redeem reward points.
  • To ensure a successful application, members are required to complete all mandatory fields.
  • The company retains the authority to approve or decline membership applications.
  • Membership fees are currently waived until further notice.

General Conditions

  1. CTC Travel reserves the unrestricted right to amend the terms and conditions, rules, benefits, redemption criteria, and structure of reward points for CTC Travel Club, with no prior notice.
  2. "Reward points" are the fundamental units of measurement within CTC Travel Club, serving as a means to redeem various CTC Travel Club rewards.
  3. CTC Travel offers no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any nature regarding CTC Travel Club.
  4. Members must be at the minimum age of 21 at the point of registration.
  5. CTC Travel assumes no liability for any products or services pledged by CTC Travel's partners. The company is not accountable for any consequences resulting from the use of products or services offered by CTC Travel Club's partners.
  6. Members are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties incurred in connection with receiving CTC Travel Club rewards and other benefits, with all additional costs borne by the member.
  7. When you engage with CTC Travel, provide information to us, or enrol in our products and services, you consent to CTC Travel (including its suppliers, agents, and partners) collecting, using, disclosing, and sharing your personal data among themselves, as well as disclosing such data to authorized service providers and relevant third parties in accordance with the terms outlined in this Data Protection Policy.

CTC Travel Club Account

  1. All members will be allocated a personal account to which reward points and rewards will be added.
  2. The company retains the authority to accept or decline any redemptions made within CTC Travel Club.
  3. The company is required to maintain personal data on each member to manage their membership, and some of this information may be shared with program partners for the purpose of reward fulfilment.
  4. Membership and reward points are not transferable or exchangeable for different programs, between member accounts, or for cash.
  5. CTC Travel reserves the right to invalidate a member's account at any time, especially in cases of CTC Travel Club terms and conditions violation.
  6. Forfeited points and accounts cannot be converted into cash or recovered.
  7. Reward points will be added to a member's account after fulfilling an eligible booking, typically at least 14 working days following the departure month.
  8. Points will be distributed according to the number of emails provided at the time of booking(s). For example, if a member with booking reference T106xxxx spends a total of $6,000 for a group of 4 travellers and only 2 provided emails, 3,000 points will be awarded to each of the 2 email addresses (members) provided during the booking. Non-members will not receive any points.
  9. An "eligible booking" includes bookings for group tours, free and easy tours, and cruise tours. Points redemption is not applicable for tickets, farm stay vouchers, insurance, visas, incentive groups, education groups, and other non-full package items.
  10. Every S$1 spent on eligible bookings will be converted into 1 reward point. Decimal amounts spent will be excluded from the reward points conversion. For instance, S$5014.89 spent will earn 5014 reward points.
  11. To accumulate points for a particular booking, valid email(s) must be provided at the time of booking.
  12. Accounts created after an eligible trip are not eligible for points accumulation.
  13. Emails submitted to CTC Travel after an eligible trip are not eligible for points accumulation.
  14. Orders will require a minimum of 14 working days to process, and members can collect their orders only after receiving a notification email or as otherwise specified (an email will be sent when the order is being processed).
  15. Orders can be collected exclusively at CTC Travel's People’s Park office after members receive the notification email following the processing period.
  16. Orders must be collected within 3 months of receiving the notification email.
  17. Members are responsible for maintaining updated contact information. Any communication sent to the member will be considered delivered when sent to the member's preferred contact method(s) in the account. The company will not be responsible for delayed, misdirected, or lost messages. Any changes to the member's contact information must be provided in writing or updated in the CTC Travel Club account.
  18. Members who wish to terminate or suspend their CTC Travel Club account may do so by sending an email to: travelclubgroup@ctc.com.sg
  19. In the event of membership suspension, any accumulated reward points will also be suspended. If a member is permanently excluded from CTC Travel Club membership or if their membership is terminated, any earned reward points will be nullified and forfeited without compensation. Whether the membership is suspended or terminated, or a member is permanently excluded, CTC Travel will not be liable for any damages, legal proceedings, or transaction costs.
  20. The company reserves the right to audit any account at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

* Newsletter refers to Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) containing the latest travel events, promotions, invitations, and updates from CTC Travel and CTC Travel Club.
