Am I eligible to become a member of CTC Travel Club?

Absolutely! As long as you are 21 years old and above and have a valid NRIC/FIN with a valid email address, you can join at travelclub.ctc.com.sg.

Why can't I see my points when I log in?

Your reward points will be added to your account after completing an eligible booking and at least 14 days after your departure month.

What if I still can't see my points when I log into CTC Travel Club?

It's possible that we were conducting scheduled maintenance or an update during that time. Please be patient, as we're always working to enhance your experience. Rest assured; your points are secure.

How do my points accumulate and convert?

For every dollar spent on full travel packages, free & easy/land tours, and cruise packages, you'll earn 1 point. Decimal values are excluded from the conversion, e.g., spending S$5014.89 will yield 5014 reward points. Accumulation is automatic; just provide your email to your tour consultant when you confirm your booking.

What if I have trouble logging in or forgot my password?

Try the 'Forgot your password?' option on the CTC Travel Club homepage and enter your email to reset your password.

If my family or friends, who are also CTC Travel Club members, travel with me, do they earn points, and how? What about non-members on the same tour booking?

Points will be distributed according to the number of emails provided during your booking(s). For instance, if a booking reference like T106xxxx shows a total spending of $6,000 with four travellers, but only 2 provided email addresses, each of those 2 email addresses (members) will receive 3000 points. Non-members will not receive any points.

What occurs after I redeem something?

You'll receive an email confirming the placement of your order. Orders will take a minimum of 14 working days to process, and you can collect your order when you receive a confirmation email or as otherwise specified. Due to a high volume of orders, your order may take a bit longer to process, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured; we're committed to meeting your needs.

How can I collect my reward(s)?

You can only collect your order(s) at CTC Travel Retail Centre at People’s Park Centre #02-67/68/69. Please refer to the collection details reflected on your orders details. You must come in person with the printed confirmation email or show it on your mobile device.
